Here's a summary of Real Estate activities for single family homes in Fairfield, CT for the month of January 2020.
The median price increased by 6.5%. And, days on market declined by 6%. This is good news for home sellers. There is without a doubt an increased in buyer activity. We have seen more buyers in the marketplace this January vs. 2018. We are anticipating that 1st quarter will be robust. The buyers in the marketplace now will show closings in 45-60 days.
