5 Reasons to Hire a Buyer's Agent

Number 1 - Buyer's agent knows what to look for when viewing a house. I look at dozens of houses every week and I know what to look for. I know what could be a red flag. I can tell you whether there's potential mold issues or pest issues. That's something that a buyer probably wouldn't know, so that's really important.
Number 2 - A buyer's agent knows the real estate market. Every neighborhood is different, from town to town, even within a town. From neighborhood to neighborhood, things are different. It's really important to work with someone who knows the market because in the end, if they're not knowledgeable about the house that you're buying, it could cost you thousands of dollars.
Number 3 - We know the local housing inventory. We go to broker open houses. We go and meet with people all the time who think about putting their house on the market. We work with other agents, we know of houses sometimes even before they hit the market. That's why it's important to work with a local expert.
Number 4 - We have the best contacts. During your real estate process we're going to help you build a team and put together some great people with the contacts that we have. You'll need an inspector, you'll need a lawyer, you'll need a mortgage person. We're going to sit down with you, we're going to give you a list of people that you can call that are going to help you throughout the whole process.
