If you need or want to sell or buy a home during COVID-19 shutdowns, we have you covered!

Real Estate has been deemed "essential" here in the State of Connecticut, so we've adjusted our normal processes to reduce human contact while still maintaining an incredible experience for you.

Virtual Appointments
We'll schedule a virtual consultation with you (either by phone or video conference, Skype, Zoom or Facetime)to discuss what your needs are and to come up with a game plan that will best meet those needs.

Electronic Signatures

We utilize Dotloop so you can easily sign contract documents from the comfort of your own home! If you've never used Dotloop before, we're happy to walk you through how to use it.

Digital Marketing

This is the same whether we're in the middle of a global pandemic or not. Your home will be marketed across multiple digital marketing channels to get the most amount of exposure to potential buyers.

Showing Restrictions

We always recommend you allow as many people to come see your home as possible, but we understand times are a little different right now. We will work to pre-qualify potential buyers as much as possible before they tour your home. You are also welcome to provide gloves, booties, etc. for buyers to wear while they are in your home.

Closing

You can close by Power of Attorney here in Connecticut. We will connect you with the best real estate attorneys who are adept at working digitally and who provide the best in customer service.

Virtual Consultation

We'll schedule a virtual consultation with you (either by phone or video conference, Skype, Zoom or Facetime) to discuss what your needs and wishlist items are and to come up with a game plan to help you find what you're looking for.

Digital Listing Alerts

After we determine what your wants and needs in a home are, we'll set up online property alerts direct from the MLS so you'll receive notifications of homes that match your criteria the moment they hit the market!

Virtual Home Tours

Most sellers are allowing qualified buyers to schedule appointments to see their home in person, but if you do not feel comfortable, we are offering virtual home tours where we'll take you through the home by video.

Electronic Signatures

We utilize Dotloop so that you can sign the contract from the comfort of your own home! All it takes is the click of your mouse, and we're happy to walk you through how to use Dotloop if you've never used it before.

Deposits

For your Earnest Money or Good Faith deposits, we can provide paperless options for you. Deposit funds can be wired directly to attorneys.
